Teethwhite (UK) Limited The following Terms and Conditions of sale apply to all purchases from our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. 1. Sale Agreement The following constitutes the terms of a legally binding contract of sale between the purchaser and Teethwhite (UK) Limited hereinafter referred to as Teethwhite. It sets out your rights and obligations as a purchaser and those of Teethwhite as seller. By proceeding with an order for goods from this site you are agreeing to the terms of this contract. 2. Acceptance of your order In placing your order you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as requested by our order page and you agree to pay the purchase price together with any delivery charge. If you fail to do this we cannot accept your order and accordingly there is no contract of sale. Once your order is placed our payment partner Worldpay will send you an automatic email confirming your payment. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and despatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the goods. Only when we have accepted your order is a legally binding contract of sale created between us. 3. Availability of goods All orders are subject to availability of products. In the unlikely event that the goods you order are either not available or subject to delay we will notify you and provide you with the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund within 30 days of notification of your cancellation. 4. Prices quoted Prices are displayed on our website in Pounds Sterling with the approximate equivalent available in Euros for illustration purposes. They are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT. You are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which apply in any country other than the UK to which goods are delivered. Price changes will be published only on our website. Delivery charges apply to orders outside the UK and these are displayed on our order page. We try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however, mistakes can occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you and give you the opportunity to confirming your order at the correct price. If you'd prefer to cancel it we will refund any money which you have paid. 5. Delivery of goods We aim to get deliver your goods within two working days of receipt of payment to addresses within the United Kingdom and within five working days of receipt of payment to all other addresses. These aims reflect our commitment to customer service but we do not guarantee to deliver within these timescales. Our guarantee is however delivery to our United Kingdom customers within seven working days and to our overseas customers within twenty one working days. We will attempt to deliver products ordered by you to the delivery address stated on your order form. Goods are sent by Recorded Delivery and as a result a signature will be required. If goods are returned to us as undeliverable we shall refund the price paid less an administration fee of £10 if you do not wish us to attempt a further delivery. If you wish us to attempt to redeliver the goods there will be no additional charge. Ownership and risk in the goods will pass once they are delivered. Teethwhite will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them. 6. Except in so far as to respect the statutory rights of any consumer Teethwhite shall not be liable for death or personal injury arising from the misuse of any goods sold on this website. This misuse includes the failure on the part of the user to identify potential loss or damage particularly referred to at clause 6 of this agreement. 8. Cancellations You may cancel your order without a reason within seven working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at cancellations@teethwhite.co.uk with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us addressing your envelope Freepost Teethwhite for products to be returned from within the United Kingdom. For products to be returned from outside the United Kingdom, our customer services team will advise you. If the goods have been damaged we may not be able to give you a full refund. 9. Returns If for any reason you are not satisfied with any goods bought from this website you may return them to us within 7 days of purchase in return for a full refund excluding postage and packing, provided that the products are received in a resaleable condition. To return goods you must notify our customer services team at returns@teethwhite.co.uk who will guide you through our returns procedure. This does not affect your statutory rights. 10. Our Guarantee We are so confident in our products that we offer a full money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any product bought from this site, you can return it in its original condition within 7 days to receive a full refund. As before you should email our customer services team at returns@teethwhite.co.uk where you will receive instructions on how to return the goods. 11. Complaints All complaints should be notified to complaints@teethwhite.co.uk. You should be aware that we take complaints very seriously. We aim to respond within seven days. 12. Validity If any of these Terms and Conditions prove to be invalid or unenforceable this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder. 13. Third Party Rights No party not a party to the contract shall have any right to enforce any of the terms of the contract. 14. Governing Law Teethwhite (UK) Limited is a company registered in Scotland. All contracts of sale between us shall be governed by Scots Law and any disputes which may arise 15. Language In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the English language version of this Agreement and any translation provided by us, the English language version shall prevail. 16. This Agreement. This Agreement constituted the entire agreement and understanding between the parties relating to the sale and purchase of goods on the site. |
